bajji9 Terms & Conditions — Rules That Govern Your Account

To register an Account on bajji9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction as defined in these Terms.
• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by bajji9 for a breach of this Agreement.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, or a shared device — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. bajji9 reserves the right to require documentary verification of any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time.

bajji9 may decline any registration application at its absolute discretion and is not required to provide a reason for doing so.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any other person under any circumstances.

You must notify bajji9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, that your login credentials have been compromised, or that any transaction in your Account history was not initiated by you.

bajji9 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials. All transactions made through your Account using your correct login credentials are deemed to have been made by you and are binding on you.

You must not share, sell, transfer, or assign your Account to any other person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer an Account constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

bajji9 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time at bajji9's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. bajji9 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bajji9 accepts no responsibility.

You may only use payment accounts and cards that are registered in your own legal name. Depositing funds from accounts belonging to another individual — including a family member — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. bajji9 aims to process withdrawals to bKash and Nagad within five to ten minutes of approval. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on the receiving institution. bajji9 reserves the right to perform identity verification checks before approving any withdrawal.

bajji9 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal approval where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of this Agreement. In such cases, bajji9 will notify the Player and may request supporting documentation before proceeding.

All Account transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bajji9 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

bajji9 offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that promotion only.

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds are credited to your Account separately from your real-money balance and must be wagered before they can be withdrawn.
• The default wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless a different multiplier is stated in the promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions from different game types may vary. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion.
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with other promotions unless explicitly permitted.
• bajji9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time.

Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to lock in bonus value, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, or using automated betting tools — constitutes bonus abuse. bajji9 may void all bonus-derived winnings and close the Account of any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

All casino games available on the bajji9 Platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by the rules set out within the game interface itself. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing a wager.

All bets placed are final once confirmed by the Platform. bajji9 does not accept cancellation requests for wagers that have been accepted and settled. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, bajji9 will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs and settle the round accordingly. If reconstruction is not possible, all wagers placed on the affected round will be returned to the players' accounts.

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are settled according to the official results published by the relevant governing body. bajji9 reserves the right to void any bet where the outcome was influenced by match-fixing, corruption, or irregular activity as determined in bajji9's reasonable judgment.

Maximum bet limits and maximum winnings caps apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game and market interface. bajji9 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bajji9 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Using the Platform for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated means to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through an identified software error are void and will be recovered.
• Registering an Account if you are a current employee, contractor, or direct family member of an employee of bajji9.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method to mask your true geographic location.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at bajji9 staff or other players through any communication channel.

bajji9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising harm. We provide all registered players with access to the following tools, available at any time through the Account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been playing for a defined duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account for a defined period between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request that bajji9 take all reasonable steps to prevent you from re-registering.

All responsible gaming requests submitted to [email protected] are treated with priority and handled in strict confidence. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of receipt and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

bajji9 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the payment source.

bajji9 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A Player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• bajji9 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct associated with the Account.
• A Player has provided false or unverifiable identity documentation.
• bajji9 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a competent authority.
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of this Agreement, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds held in the Account at the time of closure are forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player after any outstanding verification requirements are fulfilled and any offsets for recoverable losses are applied.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. All pending withdrawals will be completed before the Account is closed.

All content on the bajji9 Platform — including but not limited to the bajji9 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and source code — is the proprietary intellectual property of bajji9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of bajji9.

Game content displayed on the Platform is owned by the respective third-party game providers and is subject to their own intellectual property rights. bajji9 does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

The bajji9 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bajji9 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajji9 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any interruption to game availability caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service outages beyond bajji9's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised third-party access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
• Any decisions made in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game results.

Nothing in this clause limits bajji9's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Gambling carries inherent financial risk. bajji9 is an entertainment platform and does not guarantee any return on wagers placed. Players accept full responsibility for all betting decisions made through their Account.

bajji9 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bajji9 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all personal data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Your payment credentials are processed through secure payment gateways and are not stored on the bajji9 Platform.

bajji9 does not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law.

Where amendments are material — meaning they materially affect a Player's rights or obligations — bajji9 will provide at least 7 days' prior notice by email to the address registered on the Player's Account. Non-material amendments (such as clarifications, formatting changes, or corrections) take effect immediately upon publication.

If you do not agree with any amended terms, you should stop using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your Account before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bajji9 operates as a technology platform delivering entertainment services.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. bajji9 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours of receipt and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team within 30 calendar days, bajji9 will provide the Player with a written summary of its final position. Players remain free to pursue any legal remedies available to them under applicable law thereafter.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction.

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on the Platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and bajji9 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had not formed part of the Agreement.

bajji9's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by bajji9 in writing.
